Apex Engineering Incorporated prepared site design plans for the expansion of the college’s new administration/classroom facility. Professional services included performing a topographic survey of the parcels of land that comprised the new building, parking lot, and stormwater management basin. The project also included the preparation and submission of a record minor land development plan, landscape plan, lines and grades plan, erosion and sediment control plan, and the as-built survey and plan of the final building footprint. The Wilmington College project also required variances from the portions of the Unified Development Code.
