Apex Engineering Incorporated prepared site design plans for a new 45,000 square foot Arts Center, consisting of classroom and practice rooms for music, theatre, drawing, and other art related disciplines. The centerpiece for the Arts Center was a state-of-the-art concert hall both acoustically and mechanically sound. This project also included the demolition of the existing building, a topographic survey of a portion of the site, utility and grading design, record plan approval and variances for relief from the subdivision and zoning code.
