Apex Engineering Incorporated completed utility, topographic, and ALTA surveys of the Ships Tavern Historical Rehabilitation, Residential and Commercial Retail spaces. A site construction plan showing the site improvements was prepared and survey layout and contract administration was also provided during the construction phase of the project.
