This state of the art courthouse and parking garage facility is located between 4th Street and 6th Street, King Street and Walnut Street in a rejuvenated part of the City of Wilmington. This project is the largest state funded project in the history of Delaware. Apex Engineering Incorporated's services for this project included performing various design studies, a topographic survey of the 5± acre parcel, property staking, pile layout, as-built survey, stormwater management design, and grading and drainage design.
