Apex Engineering Incorporated prepared a record minor land development plan to construct a two-story, 19,600± square foot fire station building, along with an updated parking area designed to maximize the number of parking spaces, and other associated utility and site improvements. Upon completion of the new building, the existing building was demolished and replaced with a parking area. Professional services included updating a previous topographic survey, preparing a lines and grades plan, stormwater and erosion/sediment control plan, and an entrance/exit plan.
