Apex Engineering Incorporated prepared the site design plans for the new maintenance facility, as well as the improvements to the adjacent existing maintenance facilit. The site included the existing maintenance building upgrades, the new maintenance facility and parking area, storage bins, vehicle washing facility, new septic system, and stormwater management basin. Apex performed a topographic survey of the site and prepared the site design of the new building, parking lot, septic system, erosion and sediment control and stormwater management design. The project also included the preparation of a record minor land development plan for the facility, lines and grades, and erosion and sediment control plan.
