Apex Engineering Incorporated performed land surveys and prepared Record Major Land Development Plans and Site Construction Plans for the new hotel building. It is our understanding that this project was the first Major Land Development Plan approved under the Unified Development Code. In particular, Apex prepared the record major land development plan, performed topographic and property surveys, prepared site construction plans, details, and specifications, and provided the grading, drainage and stormwater management designs in accordance with the State of Delaware sediment and stormwater regulations. Apex also prepared the required traffic impact study.
