Apex Engineering Incorporated prepared site design plans for two additions – a three-story apartment addition (15,500 square feet) and a two-story health wing addition (9,250 square feet). A topographic survey of the eastern half of the site in the area of the additions, parking lot, and stormwater management basin were performed. The project also included the preparation of a record minor land development plan, lines and grades, and erosion and sediment control plan.
