Apex Engineering Incorporated prepared a major land development plan for the construction of a new 30,000 square foot car sales and service facility on a vacant 5.12± acre lot. Other services included a topographic and property survey, a site construction plan, an erosion and sediment control plan, an entrance/exit plan, a Fire Marshall record plan and the design of above-ground and below-ground stormwater management facilities. All plans were prepared in accordance with New Castle County Unified Development Code.
