Apex Engineering Incorporated prepared site design plans for a 140-unit elderly care facility at Carillon Crossing. Completed tasks included topographic and property surveys of the site, drainage, parking, sidewalks, and the preparation and submission of a record and landscape plan. The existing rock on the property was utilized in order to enhance the landscaping.
