Apex Engineering Incorporated prepared a major subdivision plan of 105 acres into 102 single family residential lots. Our services included topographic and property surveys, layout study, wetland survey, exploratory sketch plan, record major subdivision plan, erosion and sediment control plan, general development plans, drainage, stormwater management, traffic impact study, street plan, sanitary sewer plan, water distribution plan, and certified construction review. The construction of this residential community began in Spring of 2004.
