Apex Engineering Incorporated provided several services on this project. In addition to the construction layout, our tasks included the preparation of a schematic site plan for a 1,600 car parking garage which was eventually added to the existing hospital grounds and a site construction plan for a 10,000 square foot, one-story modular laboratory that included site improvements for the existing hospital. Also accomplished was the preparation of a 15,000 square foot Neonatal Intensive Care Unit plan to add to the existing upper floor of the hospital and the investigation of a utility service for a proposed visitor center.
